B-Wise Driving School Cancellation Policy

Overview:

Thank you for choosing B-Wise Driving School for your driving education. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all our students, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

1. Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled lesson time.

2. Failure to Notify: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled lesson.

3. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of B-Wise Driving School for emergency situations or extenuating circumstances.
    

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

1. Via Facebook Messenger: The preferred method for cancelling or rescheduling is through our Facebook Messenger.

2. Via Phone: You can also call us by clicking here to cancel or reschedule.

3. Via Email: Alternatively, send an email to us to notify us of the cancellation or change.

 

Refunds:

Any prepaid lessons that are cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

 

By booking a driving lesson with B-Wise Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Cancellation Policy.
